- Do I have to register to shop at Lovelete.com?
Answer: Yes
- How do I register?
Answer: You can register yourself by clicking on this Registration Link. Once subscribed, you can enjoy regular updates and services from Lovelete.com.
- Do I have to disclose my Email & Phone Number for Registration?
Answer: Yes. This ensures a secure shopping from your end.
- How do I get a new password?
Answer: Click on Forgot Password option available in Sign in/Register page. A link to set new password will be mailed to your registered Email ID.
- What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?
Answer: Depending upon the location, it takes 4-7 Days for the delivery of a product.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- When will my order ship?
Answer: Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (ie Monday – Saturday). For orders within Maharashtra. We process and ship orders within 24 hours. Some orders, such as customized/personalized orders, or pre-order items, may take longer. We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.
If you'd like to request a specific delivery time, please email us at support@lovelete.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9209255893. Once an order is shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes to your order or delivery time.
- What is Lovelete's Shipping Policy?
Answer: We strive to deliver products purchased from us in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount, if paid online."
- Through what carrier do you ship?
Answer: We use Bluedart, Delhivery, Ekart etc. for shipping. You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with a Tracking Number.
You will also be notified when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area.
- How do I check the status of my order?
Answer: Please tap on “My Orders” section under main menu of Website to check your order status.
- Do you ship internationally?
Answer: Unfortunately, we currently process orders only in INDIA.
- I have received a partial item/partial order or an Untenanted/Void packet?
Answer: Kindly reach out to us for pilferage within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate, request you to please not use the item for which claim is being raised.
- What if I am not available when you deliver the merchandise?
Answer: In case of Online Order, two attempts will be made and failure to which, the product will return to its origin until further instructions are given by the customer. In case of Cash on Delivery Order, the Courier Company usually calls the customer to checks their availability. Should the customer not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, two more attempts are made automatically. Further to this, the parcel is re-dispatched only after taking appropriate instructions from the customer.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
- I'd like to return something I bought. What's the procedure?
Answer: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items on SALES cannot be returned. Please keep the product undamaged, complete packaging along with invoice. Allow for two weeks from the time that you send the parcel, for us to process your refund.

- Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Answer: Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it.
- Can I exchange an item with another one on your website?
Answer: Currently, we are not able to process any exchanges. If you'd like a replacement for the same item, please email us support@lovelete.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9209255893.
- How can I Self-Ship the product to Lovelete?
Answer: You can self-ship the return item via any reliable courier partner. Please ensure to place a sheet of paper with the details of Order ID and Return ID for each item included in the package. For all self-shipped returns, you will not bey reimbursed the shipping costs.
- What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?
Answer: If you notice that your parcel is damaged or tampered, you should refuse to accept it and return it to the courier personnel with all of the original packaging material. You need to get in touch with the customer support and intimate the action immediately.
PAYMENTS
- How can I pay for my order at Lovelete?
Answer: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Net Banking, UPI and Cash on delivery.
- What is COD limit?
Answer: We do have COD limit till 5000.
- What is the eligibility criteria to avail EMI option?
Answer: Currently, we do not provide EMI.
