Returns & Cancellations
RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All returns will be in the form of a credit note/refund coupon code.
You need to share the name and image of the product via email at support@lovelete.com in within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. We will then approve your return request and then the next step follows.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@lovelete.com. If your return is accepted, please ship the product back to us within 7 working days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@lovelete.com
To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Keep all items (including the invoice) in a package and address it to the Following: Lovitz Enterprises, 487/1, St. Dominic Road, Holi, Vasai West, Western Suburbs, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 401201
- Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.
- Email us at support@lovelete.com with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.
Please note the following important processes, once you have initiated a return;
- Subsequent to us approving the return pick up based on the images you have shared; The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you.
- Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy.
EXCHANGES
You can exchange an item purchased on support@lovelete.com, with the same item or another item, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
HOW TO PLACE A RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST
- Email us at support@lovelete.com with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule an exchange request.
- A confirmation email/Message will be sent to you once the request is approved.
REFUND POLICY
- Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.
- For COD/prepaid orders, once the order is placed and payment is collected and order is delivered to the customer, upon any change in decision the customer cannot refund the amount but can either take another product in exchange of the product select or take a store credit
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders can be cancelled only and until they are shipped.
- Any cancellation done post shipping will not be accepted.
- If you refuse to accept the order, in case of prepaid orders the money will be refunded 3-7 working days after the order has reached back to the source.
- For sale orders or orders with a coupon code applied, store credit will be provided.
- Any shipping charges will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
DAMAGED PRODUCT RECEIVED
All our products go through a Quality Check and are packed with utmost care to ensure it reaches our customers in the most delightful condition. But in some rare cases, it may happen that due to rough handling of the package during transit by the courier partner, the product may not reach you in the condition you expected it to be. In such cases, below is what you need to do:
1) Inform within 48 Hours: Create a video of unboxing your package, or click pictures of the product to that clearly shows the issues you are facing. Write an email within 48 hours of receiving the package to our returns support team at support@lovelete.com and attach all the necessary proofs for faster resolution. Our team will respond to your mail within 48 hours.
2) Reverse Pickup: Once your return is approved and our team verifies that your order is eligible for a return and replacement, we will arrange a reverse pickup for your product at no extra cost, and the same will be attempted within 24 hours after confirmation. We will request you to keep the products ready for pickup, failure to do so we lead to cancellation of pickup and you will have to ship the product back to us by bearing the shipping charges.
3) Resolution: Once the reverse pickup is successful, we will dispatch a replacement package for your damaged product depending upon the availability of the same or shall issue you a full refund coupon code worth the value of the product for your next purchase which will be valid for the next 1-year from the date of issuance. No refund will be provided in any replacement or damage cases. We will be happy to provide you a replacement or issue a refund coupon code.
